Community Supported Agriculture
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between a farm and the consumer. A CSA lets members of the community purchase a share of a local farm's seasonal harvest. When you join a CSA program not only do you receive a weekly box of the farm's fresh produce, you are helping to support your local farm, enabling them to thrive as a small business and provide you with healthy food. As a CSA member you get your produce directly from the farmer, letting you know your produce is fresh and local.
